What’s the stuff in the upper right? I’ve seen these, and I think they are very pretty.
If I was in one of my snappy answer tongue in cheek moods the latin name whatchamacallit iveseenium. Or if I were having a senior moment ( also more frequent of late ) its on the tip of my tongue um, um, um, or drats. Strangely enough neither of those is in play this AM. It is Lupine. We planted a packet of seeds some 30 years ago. They have picked up on the self planting and the individual plants will last 3 or 4 years. And I quite agree on your measure of their beauty.
