this is a purchased plant. it bloomed this summer. and it is no where near its registered height. then again there are other plants here not blooming at their registered height. it did not get any supplemental watering. so that would account for the lower height of many of the plants in that part of the garden. the form of the flower counterbalances the other situations. i do want to see this flower on top of a tall scape…
I’m not sure what that means, but it’s a pretty flower.
Right now it is a short hobbit. I may need to water this section of the garden to get this and other plants to reach their full height. I want to see the flower up at eye level next year. Because yes it is pretty and at my age it is rough to get way down there close to the ground. Actually the rough part is resuming full vertical. Thanks Dan!
