comes after what if. this seedling of crossing of a species, an older plant, and a relatively new plant. shaken and stirred. sorry mr. bond. it took tall and decently branched and budded from one parent. and not quite as skinny or long petaled from another parent. and one or more parents added some decent vigor. it was in the middle of the bed so it had competition for light on all sides. no problem it was one of the most vigorous plants in the bed. it still reached the 48 inch 121.9 cm height and it produced several flower scapes. i will be wanting to add more pollen from tall and skinny flowers to this next summer…
