Is there a special prize for getting up on a Monday morning and being ready to party ? I think you have just claimed it. Thanks Lauren ! Oh and I do agree on the flower.
Neat idea. Hard to put into practice. They do not have a shelf life. Bloom lasts one day. The flowers are indeed edible. They have a built in timer once they open you have at most one day to use it. Once the timer expires it has totally stopped looking pretty. What opens in my garden on Monday morning is a droopy, inky, drippy limp bit of tissue on Tuesday morning. If you knew where the flower was you would still be asking where did the flower go. No resemblance what so ever the following day. None. If you have them you can use them. Just don’t put them in ahead of time. Do it within hours of using. They do not keep over night. Great question. As much as I like them I am inclined to say wrong flower for the situation.

Need to get some Wavy Lays
Does that go with a hot cup of java ? Thanks John
Cold beverage might go better.
Such a beautifully delicate flower.
Thanks JR ! Glad you enjoy it.
I love the ruffles!
Peaches N’ Cream decorated with edging – are daylillies edible? If they are, surprised that one isn’t grown to make candied cake decorations – – 😀
