Gradmama I will miss them too. Though that is when my exercise routine switches from walking around the yard to digging around the yard. Emptying the review bed and finding spots for the keepers in the rest of the garden. and moving the select seedlings from the seedling bed to the review bed. And I suspect that this year a few more seedlings will make it into other areas of the garden. It might just be general chaos as a whole lot of moves get made.

My involvement with my “garden” is pretty much limited to taking pictures of them and removing the spent blossoms. I refuse to get so old that I can’t get around, but it gets harder every day. I was never much of a gardener anyway. I have always been a writer, for which I am eternally grateful…as long as my brain holds out that is. 🙂

The lilies make such a nice photo subject. I bought a good camera a few years ago which serves me well…still a novice at operating the thing. It’s exciting to zoom in and find a bug sitting there posing.
