first i need to put the image of the flower in here. i need to look at it while i blabber. yes blabber. why blabber ? because the flower says it so much better and does not need words. the flower is a big lavender star shape. open space between the petals. the petals are wider than the sepals. and they are a darker shade of lavender. outlining the edge of the eyezone is even a darker shade of lavender. the eyezone in the petals is a color that is difficult to pin down. something of a peachy shade and perhaps some lavender undertones. on the sepals it is yellow. the throat is yellow. and there are streaks of white on the midrib of the petals. and now that is out of the way just stop and drink up that flower…

This flower is indeed too beautiful to describe. I’d love a garden full of them.
I will gladly settle for a small clump of them in a few years. Some just grow slowly. And some do cooperate and grow. Thanks Lauren.
To be surrounded by such beauty is a blessing
agreed.
Real beauty does not require words. But yours worked.
Thanks Pam
