there are all kinds of little tests that a seedling should pass. sometimes a pretty face will get a seedling past one test or another. it does not get them past all of the tests. it should be fair to strong grower. otherwise it gets difficult to share a plant that does not grow. it should also be fertile. if it does not produce seeds it is a bit of a dead end. it is frustrating to not be able to build on that beauty. this seedling has passed the first test. and i think it has a start on the second part. that last part takes some time…
