It may look chewed. Expanding the image the 11 o’clock petal is curved back like the other petals. It is simply on the same visual line as the camera so the curl is concealed.
It is possible goats might eat the whole plant. Not just the blossom. They bring goats in to eradicate poison ivy. They just might be a biological bulldozer… did you have any concertina wire left over ?

Birds trying to land and the wind occasionally snap off a petal. If it were deer the damage would be much worse.
